We will be joined by Wendy O’Malley and Conor Glasheen from MassDevelopment to discuss updates to the Commercial PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) program that includes financing levels for new construction projects that align with building energy code requirements. We will also be joined by Erin Camp from PowerOptions, which has recently launched a building decarbonization program for nonprofits and public entities called BDaas (Building Decarbonization as a Service), allowing energy savings to pay for projects over time.
