Unlocking Energy Savings: Mass Save Existing Building Commissioning

About
Does your building need a “tune up?” Commercial buildings rarely operate at peak
performance over time. Changes in occupancy, operating schedules, and equipment
performance can increase energy consumption and create comfort issues. The Mass
Save® Existing Building Commissioning (EBCx) Offer can help you identify and correct
these inefficiencies, optimizing existing building systems and delivering low-cost,
measurable energy savings.
Join this webinar to learn how the Mass Save EBCx Offer can help you reduce energy
use, improve occupant comfort, enhance equipment reliability, and support your long-
term building performance goals. We’ll provide an overview of the EBCx process,
eligibility requirements, available incentives, and the role of Qualified Service Providers
(QSPs) in identifying and implementing operational improvements. We’ll also help you
understand which types of buildings make strong candidates for EBCx, and what types
of improvements are typically uncovered through commissioning, such as building
controls optimization, sensor calibration, and equipment repairs.
This webinar is designed for commercial building owners and operators seeking to
reduce operating costs, comply with emerging building performance standards, or
advance sustainability and decarbonization goals. Consultants, commissioning
providers, municipalities, and other building stakeholders will also benefit from a clearer
understanding of how EBCx projects are funded and delivered through Mass Save.
This is a live, online webinar led by Jennifer Marrapese, Program Manager at Resource Innovations.
