The City of Boston and Emerald Cities Collaborative (ECC) are excited to invite all condos and co-ops subject to BERDO to an interactive workshop introducing the new BERDO Condo & Co-op Workbook, a tool designed specifically to help associations like yours understand your building’s BERDO requirements and start planning for compliance in a practical, realistic way.
There will be two workshops:
- Workshop 1 (Virtual) – Tuesday, October 6th | 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM
- Workshop 2 (In-person) – Thursday, November 5th | 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
At these workshops, you will:
- Get an overview of BERDO requirements and what they mean for your building
- Review the new Condo & Co-op Workbook
- Learn about BERDO support resources and your next steps
- Have the opportunity to ask questions of City of Boston staff
